Hold Harmless ReleaseThis release bars your rights to recover damages in the case of an accident injuring you. As a contestant you agree to inspect the contest site and will not surf unless you are satisified the area is safe for surfing. You voluntarily agree to assume all risks. You intend to be legally bound to yourself, your heirs, executors and adminstration, hold harmless release and forevor discharge the East Coast Wahine Championships, the Eastern Surfing Association, State of North Carolina, United States Surfing Federation, and all ECWC and ESA sponsors, their members, agents, and any official connected with this competition from all liablitlies for injuries and damages whatsoever, arising from my presence or participation in the East Coast Wahine Championships.
